My friend and colleague, a very savvy pet parent, has a new dog. This rescue has training as a service dog, but also has "issues."

Anyway, after we'd had a couple of email discussions I asked if I could share tips about solving Peace's panicked barking--when she's in the car and sees another dog, Peace loses control. And this doggy has a very good reason for feeling panicked!
